    We will give you instructions for returning your goods.

    If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and we will exchange or refund it.

    By original condition we mean: 

    • Original packaging and labels
    • Unopened, if sealed
    • Unused, so can be resold at full price 
    • Products or packaging in condition received

    All products are checked thoroughly before being dispatched to guarantee quality & packed with care to ensure goods arrive in pristine condition.

    • Please Note: Razors & combs are exempt from the returns policy, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene.
    • Also exempt are items returned outside of the 28 day returns period.

    We reserve to right to refuse a refund if not in the original condition.

    Faulty Goods

     

    Faulty goods are classified as the following:

    • Not of satisfactory quality
    • Not fit for purpose
    • Not as described.

    Please note that items which are accidently damaged or have been misused will not be considered faulty.

    In the unlikely event that your item is faulty when you receive it, please inform us immediately, so we you can return it for an exchange within 28 days from the date you received it.

    All returned items need to be unused, unopened, in the original packaging & in the condition you received it.

    Once our returns department have thoroughly checked the goods, and are satisfied they meet our conditions, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods, however you will be responsible for the postage and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.

    Until products are returned to us they will be in your care and where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.

    Products are returned at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in transit.

    Here at Grooming Products we want you to enjoy your online shopping experience, so offer a flexible returns policy, however we do monitor the number of returns made by individual customers, continued regular returns is in breach of our terms and conditions, this will be flagged automatically and could lead to Grooming Products closing your account & future orders being declined. We value our excellent relationships with our customer so we would contact you to try and advise on future purchases to prevent this situation occurring.

    All items must be returned as new, unused and unopened with original packaging within 28 days of receipt.

    Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
