Male grooming has come a long way recently with thousands of new products and even more styles. Many of us would love to have a more coordinated grooming routine, but simply don’t have the time. If you’re a busy man looking for some quick grooming tips, we’re here to help. We’ve pulled together the best time-saving men’s grooming tips so you can look sharp, without losing too much sleep.
Keep those eyebrows in check
You don’t have to dedicate a lot of time to your eyebrows, but we all know that a monobrow isn’t a great look, especially in today’s photo-crazy world. Tweeze any stray hairs between your eyebrows, and any nose and ear hairs too. Don’t overdo it, but make sure your eyebrows are definitely plural.
Embrace the barbers
Don’t wait for months between your haircuts. A regular trip to the barbers, about every four weeks, means you won’t have to worry about messy hair or finding a last-minute hair salon. Get to know your barber and make sure they know what you are looking for.
Now, we’re getting into products but there’s no need to be afraid. A quick exfoliate can do wonders for your skin. It gets rid of any dirt, dead skin and grease. It’ll only take a minute, just scrub on and wash off and your skin will feel clearer in no time. Do this every couple of days or while you’re in the shower.
Keep your nails neat and tidy
Scruffy nails are never a good look, and if you want to look like you pay attention to your appearance, it’s worth looking after your hands. You can use a moisturising hand cream if you want soft smooth skin too. Make sure you cut your nails at least once a week with a pair of nail scissors and don’t, whatever you do, bite them.
Care for your skin
With so many different skincare products available, it can be hard to know what is best. But keeping your skin moisturised and healthy is a good idea, especially if you’ve been in the sun. Look for a simple daily moisturiser, with an SPF factor for sun protection too.
